SIMS (Stock & Inventory Management System) is a software information system to aid the management of a clothing company. It handles multi-users, multi-companies, multi-currency and multi-warehouses.

A style number can be specified with several colours and a full matrix provides size breakdown at every level. This software is an independent, easy to use, menu driven package which handles Sales Orders all the way through to Invoicing and can optionally be linked to the Sage Accounting Modules.

1. Stock Control
 This Module provides complete control of your garment stocks over any number of physical locations, allowing all types of stock movements into, out of and also between Multi-location. Caters for Style/colour/size (up to 12)/fit matrix. Multi-company, Multi-currency, Multi-level price list Links to S.O.P./P.O.P.
2. Sales Order Processing
This Module provides a fast and flexible approach to entry and analysis of sales orders, whether they are mail-order, large multiple store orders or from smaller retail outlet. Order history is stored for seasons/year, the status of any order can be easily accessed using the multi-access search facilities.Once the Styles are in Stock, these can easily be allocated to sales orders manually, by Sales Order / Style or automatic allocation.You can thenproduce picking/despatch notes, from which an Invoice can be generated, which will Link in to Sage Sales Ledger.
3.Purchase Order Processing
Purchase Order Processing is the mirror image of the S.O.P.
